Dear, American Express
Yesterday around 8:00pm I was at a party, during the course of my time at the party I lost my wallet and later that night when I located my wallet I discovered that my credit card, social security card and driver’s license. The next morning when I woke up I checked my account and noticed that there was a charge on the account for$25.99 at a pizza place called Friendly’s Pizza. I would like to receive a refund for the fraudulent charges and I also would like you to place my account on hold.
I will be sending send a copy of the account statement listing the fraudulent charge and I will also attach a police report documenting the identity theft that occurred that night. Again I would like to receive a refund for the fraudulent charges and for a hold to be placed on my account.
Sincerely,
Brody Bauer
